COVID-19 UPDATES


At Victoria Road Dental Care, we take the wellbeing of our clients and team seriously.

 

Our approach to seeing patients has been built on our recognised high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness. We always adhere to the latest guidance. We already have all the enhanced procedures in place that protect everybody, and treatment can be delivered in a safe and secure environment.

 

                                                         VERY IMPORTANT WE SEE PATIENTS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY


  • You must complete online forms before you attend your appointment.
  • If you need more time to fill in the forms, we can offer to reschedule your appointment. 
  • If you are experiencing Covid symptoms please let us know before your appointment.

 

When you arrive :

  • On time.
  • Please make your way to the waiting room.
  • We will sanitise your hands before you see your dentist. If the temperature is 37.8 degrees Celsius or above, we may ask you to rearrange your appointment.
  • Toilet facilities are available at the practice.
  • Please follow instructions provided, we appreciate your understanding.

When you leave: 

  • Your dentist or nurse may book further appointments for you, please proceed to the reception area.
  • If you need to settle your account please respect social distancing at reception, card payment only at the moment.

        Watch for Symptoms

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. Anyone can have mild to severe symptoms. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea


                                                                PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

 

All clinic rooms and equipment are cleaned, well ventilated with air purifiers after every appointment.

Our team continues wearing Personal Protective Equipment (gloves, face masks, aprons/gowns) during your appointment.
